How is this different from the Outsourced Head of Marketing service?

Mentoring is for founders who want to stay in control and do their own marketing. OHOM is for businesses ready to have someone embedded, doing the strategic and tactical work with them. Mentoring = you do it with my guidance. OHOM = we do it together.

What if my business direction changes during our work together?

That's completely normal. Our monthly sessions are designed to adapt your marketing as your business evolves. The strategy isn't rigid, it grows with you.
